We look at a variable of factors including income, job stability, past rental behavior, check solvency, references, and do short interviews. We’d rather have one great tenant than rush a signing.

We manage all repairs for you, from small fixes to full maintenance, we have reliable professionals on call. You’ll always be informed, but we handle the hassle. (included in Property Management Plan)

We do every showing ourselves. We don’t do “open houses” — only one-on-one visits with vetted pre-selected tenants.

We choose tenants with solid solvency, but if an issue should arise, you’re covered for up to X months and we’ll handle the entire process. (included in Management Plans)

The goal is to not get to this through thorough tenant due diligence. But yes, legal advice and assistance are included. You’ll never have to deal with the process on your own if you have a Management Plan.
